- All online journals for Expert Journals are open access, meaning that the accepted articles are available for any reader to access and download for free.
- All four journals of Expert Journals are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license which allows articles to be freely downloaded from the each Expert Journals website, and to be re-used and re-distributed without restriction, as long as the original work is correctly cited.
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) available on Expert Journals web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Expert Journals at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

9. Rights and Permissions
You may not use the Expert Journals brand and logo without express written permission in advance from Expert Journals. Also, you must seek permission before including Expert Journals on any list, index, or database, or making any reference to any of our websites.
You may not use the Expert Journals brand to publish or distribute any information or content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, pornographic, threatening or vulgar, which contains errors or viruses, which is illegal, which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, or which is otherwise actionable at law. Expert Journals may at any time exercise editorial control over the Content of the Site and its brands.
10. Violation of These Permissions and Terms of Use
Expert Journals may bring legal action against any entity who may interfere (intentionally or unintentionally) with our publishing activity. Also, Expert Journals may disclose any information about this entity as a result of the misuse of the Site and the violation of these conditions and permissions.
You accept and agree that by using the Expert Journal brands (with its associated journals) without permission you consent to pay any financial relief Expert Journals considers equitable in the circumstances of your violation of permissions and terms of use. If Expert Journals decides to take legal action against you as a result of the violation of these permissions, you consent to pay any legal fees in addition to the monetary compensation.
You also agree that Expert Journals may block your access to the Site if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions and Permissions.
