EZB (Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek) or the Electronic Journals Library is a service provided by the University Library of Regensburg, Germany, meant to facilitate the use of scholarly journals on the internet, by offering a structured and unified interface to access full-text articles online, thus supporting open access journals.
EZB started as a cooperation between University Library of Regensburg and University Library of Technische Universität München with the main objective of presenting the content of online journals member libraries.
At the moment, there are 616 institutions that take part in the Electronic Journals Library, and there are more than 17 virtual subject libraries and information services that use EZB. The cooperation between all EZB member institutions provides the right environment for the expansion of open access journals.
Expert Journals and EZB
Precisely because of EZB’s support of open access publication, our academic journals at Expert Journals are proudly part of this scientific database and index.
